Bitcoin Keeper v1.0.4: Whirlpool For iOS

The iOS version of Whirlpool has been introduced for the first time, integrating with Keeper and Samurai's Whirlpool for increased privacy and fungibility of Bitcoin.

The app's interface has been redesigned to enhance user experience and intuitiveness. Users can now easily manage their UTXOs, track Whirlpool transaction status, remix their satoshis, and store them securely in a multisig Vault.

The app is currently in beta, and the team plans to address several features and improvements, including Android Whirlpool, open-sourcing the code, Whirlpool over Tor, mixing multiple UTXOs, full UTXO labeling, and the option to mix directly to the Vault.

Lead Developer of GrapheneOS Steps Down, Citing 'Recent Swatting Attacks'

The lead developer of GrapheneOS has announced their resignation and will be replaced as a director of the GrapheneOS Foundation.

Due to increasing harassment, including recent swatting attacks, they will no longer use public social media platforms.

The transition is expected to be smooth, and the remaining development team is well-prepared to handle the project's responsibilities.

Server infrastructure administration will be taken over by a veteran developer, ensuring redundancy and verification across multiple locations.

The developer plans to focus on personal recovery from the challenges faced since 2018, with the police involved to prevent further swatting incidents.

Alby Wallet Webhooks for Developers & ZapSplitter

The Alby Wallet API has introduced Webhooks, powered by SVIX, offering reliable and secure Webhooks as a service.

This eliminates the need for continuous polling and tracking of unprocessed invoices, streamlining the process for services.

An example demo called ZapSplitter showcases the concept of Lightning Prisms, allowing users to configure lightning splits for their Alby account.

With ZapSplitter, users can forward a percentage of received payments to support their favorite developers and content creators, creating a cascading effect of payments.

The Alby Wallet API documentation has been updated to include new functions for creating and deleting webhooks using the Alby JS SDK.
